Honey Rose of Trivandrum Lodge fame is gearing up for her next role in Rafi's Ring Master. She will be playing an actress alongside Dileep, who essays the role of a dog trainer, in the film. This is the second time that Honey is playing an actress on screen. She was last seen playing a similar role in Hotel California.
Diana is an actress with shades of grey," says Honey about her character in the movie, which is set against the backdrop of the film industry. "It is a performance-oriented role, and that is what prompted me to take it up. I am paired opposite dilip in the film," she says and adds that Diana is more like Dhwani, her character in Trivandrum Lodge, which was a turning point in her career."Dhwani was a simple character. But many people felt that she has shades of grey. I believe every human being has a dark side. Diana like Dhwani gets angry very fast, she is envious and charming at the same time," she explains
Honey will share the screen space with Keerthy Suresh of Geethanjali fame in the film.
Arun Kumar Arvind's 1 by Two is yet another project that will see Honey playing a significantly role. "I play Dr Prema, a strong character, in the film. But playing that role was even more tough for me. On the first day of the shoot I realised that I was part of an intricately woven plot. Fortunately, with Arun's assistance, I was eventually able to slip into my character," says Honey, who is paired opposite Murali Gopy in the psychological thriller
With several films under her belt and several more waiting to be signed, undoubtedly, Honey rose is a shining star. The actress who is known for her bold face roles in recent movies is now gearing up for her next in Rafi's Ring Master.Ask the actress about her favorite star, she will say it in a jiffy "It's none other than the Ilayathalapathy vijay". Yes, you heard it right; the young bubbly Honey rose is an ardent fan of Kollywood super star Vijay. In a recent interview, the actress reveals that she has never missed any of her hero's movies till date and want to see him one day.
Honey Rose will be having one of the busiest Christmases of all this year. The actress, who is shooting for Dileep-starrer Ringmaster, will be celebrating Christmas on the set, as the team is unable to take a break for the day."There will be some kind of a celebration on the set, I guess," she says. But the actress won't be able to come home after the day's shoot, as she will be travelling to Bangalore on the same day, to finish the shoot of unfinished portions of the film 1 by Two.
Honey plays the female lead in Ringmaster. "My character Diana has negative shades but she is an interesting character," says Honey. Since the film revolves around an animal trainer, she too will be interacting with dogs in upcoming shoots. "I have no idea how I'm going to do it, me and animals don't really get along well. I usually end up being chased by dogs!" she signs off.
